You may try the following suggestions.

1. Create a batch file to establish the VPN and add point to point routing to the batch file.

2. Use CMAK and add point to point routing in the CMAK.

3. Use TS over VPN with full screen plus program startup. If the user close the program, logoff the VPN session.
