How to restrict TS users to a single remote session

For Windows Server 2003, you may have two potions.

1. Set "Restrict each user to one session" to "Yes" in Terminal Services Configuration.

2. Alternatively, set the "Restrict Terminal Services users to a single remote session" group policy to "Enabled".

For Windows 2000, you may have many options, for example, assigning share permissions for only one user or use cconnect.exe command. Here is the step by step how to restrict 2000 TS users to a single remote session by assigning share permissions for only one user.
