Can’t load Cisco SDM

Symptom: When trying to load Cisco Security Device Manager (SDM), It shows Loading Cisco SDM….please wait… but the SDM never display.

Resolution: You need Java Web Start V1.1.4 or above to load Cisco SDM.

Note: to run Cisco PDM and SDM you 1) need Internet Explorer 6.0 Native1 JVM (VM 3809)

or Java Plug-in 1.4.2 or 1.5.0 and 2) HTTP 1.1—Settings for Internet Options>Advanced>HTTP 1.1 settings should use HTTP 1.1 for both proxy and non-proxy connections
