How to create CSS and copy styles from current page in Expression Web
 
1. Click File>New>CSS. Save the CSS, for example master.css.

2. Open a web page you want to copy the styles.

3. Click Attach Style Sheet and attach the css you just created.

4. In the right pane, highlight al styles you want to copy and drop them in the CCS file.

5. You should see CSS file as shown below.
