1. Follow this article  How to create and edit inbox rules in office 365 Outlook ... to access the rules page.

 

2. Click Create a new rule.

 


  

3. In Do the following, select Append the disclaimer.

  

 

4. After applying the disclaimer in Office 365, In Outlook, Open Files>Mail, select Confidential in Send messages.

 

5. The Disclaimer may look like this.
