How to Remove non-existing server from Backup Exec

Situation: The client runs Backup Exec 11d on Windows 2003. They try to delete some non-existing servers from Backup Exec backup job. However, they can't do it and keep getting an error message.

Resolution: They try to delete the non-existing server under View by Resource. To remove the non existing servers, they should select the “View Selection Details” tab instead of View by Resource as shown below.
