How to protect a file using winzip - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Download and install winzip.

2. Right click on the file you want to zip and click Compressed (zipped) folder.

2. With Winzip open, click Action>Encrypt.

3. Enter the password in the popup Window.

4. When you open the zipped with password protect file, select Windows Explorer to open it.

5. Enter the password.
