How to disable Shutdown Event Tracker

If a Windows server 2003 shutdown unexpectedly , it will ask for the reason of the
shutdown or restart after restarting. To disable the Shutdown Event Tracker, please follow these steps;

1. Open In a GPO or the local policy.

2. Go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Display
Shutdown Event Tracker.

3. Check Disable.
