Error 736 - The remote computer terminated the control protocol.

1. This error indicated that the VPN server is out of available ports/IP addresses.
2. Or if the remote access server is unable to obtain an IP address from DHCP for the connection.
3. This is probably due to a glitch on the ISP's end.
4. If it is NT, try to disable PPP LCP extensions.
