How to Create a File Server Cluster in Windows 2012  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Open Server Manager.
2. Click Tools and then Failover Cluster Manager.


  

3. Highlight the Cluster and click Configure Role in Action Pane.


4. Highlight the File Server and click Next.


5. Select Scale-Out file server for application data, and then click Next.


 

6. Type the name that clients will use when accessing this cluster. 


 

7. On the Confirmation page, click Next.


8. On the Summary page, click Finish.
