How to setup Delivery Restrictions in Exchange

 

This article will show you how to restrict a Mailbox receive any emails using Delivery Restrictions on Exchange 2003.

1. Open the user's properties from ADUC.

 

2. Select Exchange General.

 

3. Click on Delivery Restrictions

 

 

 

4. To restrict the user to receive any emails, check Only from and don't add any users. Note: you can restrict based on authentication users or enter the usernames.
