How to setup Receive size and Send size in Exchange 2010  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Run EMC.

2. Navigate to Microsoft Exchange>Microsoft Exchange On-Premises>Organization Configuration>Hub Transport.

3. Click Global Settings.

4. You have these options: Maximum receive size, Maximum send size, Maximum number of recipients, Maximum size per mailbox database, Maximum retention time.
