How to generate CSR for Exchange UCC/SAN  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Run EMC.

2. Navigate to Microsoft Exchange On-Premises>Server Configuration.

3. Right click on server and select New Exchange Certificate.

4. Enter friend name in New Exchange Certificate, for example chicagotech.net. 

5. You have an option to enable wildcard certificate. Since we will install UCC/SAN, skip it.

6. Configure OWA, ActiveSync and Outlook Anywhere. Enter the internet and intranet domain name.

7. Added certificates listed and click next to continue.

8. Enter organization and location information.

9. conform the configuration summary and click New.

10.  When finishing, click Finish.

11. You may review the configuration.
