How to create new mailbox in Exchange 2010

 

1. Open Exchange Management Console.

2. Navigate to Recipient Configuration>Mailbox.

3. Right-click on the Mailbox and select New Mailbox.

 

 

4. Check User Mailbox and click Next to continue.

 

5. Select New user that will create the new user on the Active Directory and the new mailbox.

 

6. Enter user's information.

 

7. Follow the instruction to complete the creation.
