How to enable or disable Enforce password on device in Exchange

For Exchange 2003, Run Exchange System Manager. Click on Global Settings. Right click on Mobile Services.and select Properties. In the General tab, click Device Security. You can enable or disable enforce password on device.

For Exchange 2010, open EMC. Navigate to Organization Configuration>Client Access. Select Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies. Right click on the policy and then Properties. Click on Password tab. You can modify the password policy here.
