How to assign a user full permissions to Exchange mailbox

In some cases you may need to access users' mailboxes to troubleshoot. To access a user mailbox, you need to have full permissions. You can use the GrantMailboxPermission.vbs script to grant a domain user Full Mailbox Access and Send As permissions to all mailboxes.

This script can be run only by an Exchange Server administrator on a computer that is running Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003. This script cannot be run on a computer that is running Exchange Server 2007. However, you can use the Exchange Management Shell to grant the required permissions.

You can download from here. You also need to create *.txt that contains the legacy domain names of the user mailbox for example, /o=is/ou=chicagotech/cn=recipients/cn=blin. The run this command: CSCript GrantMailboxPermission.vbs -add domainname username filename.
