How to send the Quota limit notification to the Administrator when a user mailbox is over the limit

Problem:

======

How to send the Quota limit notification to the Administrator when a user mailbox is over the limit.

Cause:

======

Quota message is by default sent to the owners of a mailbox or a public folder if a size limit for the mailbox or public folder is exceeded. If you would like to configure such message sent to the Administrator, we have to use RULEs to achieve your objective.

Resolution:

=======

1. Use Exchange 2007 Transport Rule.

2. Create Outlook server side rule on each user's Exchange Mailbox.
