How to run
mailbox management manually
To run mailbox management immediately, follow these steps:
1. Run Exchange System Manager.
2. In the left pane of Exchange System Manager, expand the Servers object.
3. Right-click the computer that you want to process, and then click Start
Mailbox Management Process.
Mailbox management starts after a short delay, depending on the current
resource utilization on that computer. After it starts running, the Start
Mailbox Management Process switches to Stop Mailbox Management Process.
Note Avoid using the mailbox management process when the
system is busy, because this may affect server performance.
