Virtual Network Configuration Overview

There are three types of configurations for virtual networks: private provides connectivity strictly between virtual machines; internal provides network connectivity between virtual machines and the parent partition; and external helps you establish connectivity with a physical adapter on the server, so that the virtual machines can access a physical network.
